"I have been dealing with symptoms related to carpal tunnel in both of my hands for at least the last five years.  I have tried massage therapy, physical therapy, acupuncture and two other chiropractors, but nothing seemed to provide relief.  In December (while trying to enjoy the holidays), I had pain in my arms and hands during the day with excruciating pain that kept me awake at night.  As a result, I decided I would try one more chiropractor before breaking down and getting the surgery suggested by my neurologist and orthopedic surgeon.

I began seeing Dr. Kelli in January (2017) and she has been such a blessing in my life. She has worked with me to find a treatment plan that has eliminated my carpal tunnel pain and almost completely eliminated the numbness in my fingers in just a little over one month!  Her approach with me is much different than any chiropractor I have seen in the past.  She integrates traditional chiropractic treatment with innovative new approaches.  The cupping therapy she has been giving me combined with chiropractic adjustments and kinesio taping to reduce inflammation have totally changed my life.  I can actually sleep through the night without waking up in pain!

I also appreciate the education that Dr. Kelli provides.  She has e-mailed several examples of stretches and exercises that I can do to be proactive in my own health.  She also suggested a tool that I could purchase and use at home to help maintain the work that we have done together.

In addition to her technical skills as a doctor, Kelli is just a nice, fun person to be around.  She occasionally calls or emails in between my appointments just to see how I am feeling!  When you walk into the office, she immediately makes you feel comfortable, gets to know you on a personal level and truly cares about improving your health.  If you have pain, don't hesitate.  The treatment Dr. Kelli provides could be the key to your well being.  It was for me!"

"About two years ago, I started waking up 3 or 4 times during the night with my right arm throbbing.  It didn’t matter the position I was sleeping, I would have to get up and walk around, swing my arm around, take ibuprofen, anything to try to relieve the pain.  During the day, it seemed to be better but again, at night, the throbbing would start again. We had been skiing when I fell, and that was the only explanation that I could think of for the onset of this pain, although at the time of the fall, I never associated pain in my shoulder with it.

After about a week of this sleepless routine, I went to see my chiropractor, thinking that I had a pinched nerve and it could be relieved by popping my back or shoulder or something. The chiropractor used the trigger device and also applied electronic stimulation to the shoulder blade.  After about 2 weeks, the pain had subsided a little where I was waking up only one or two times at night, but still throbbing.  By April that year, I was still not pain free so I decided to try a different chiropractor who did manual manipulation.

By May, I was feeling better but then, about two weeks later, and more adjustments I seemed to be getting worse again instead of better.  I continued on this roller-coaster ride, trying massage therapy, medical doctor visits, ibuprofen, and 3 other chiropractors.

My daughter in law had been to see Dr. Kelli who had helped with her back pain and recommended that I see Dr. Kelli also. After just two visits with Dr. Kelli doing ART, manual manipulation, and then recommending and exercise routine including yoga, I am finally, feeling better than I have in two years. I no longer have pain in my shoulder blade, neck, shoulder and lower back.  I wish I would have known about  Dr. Kelli and her type of practice 2 years ago!"
